全民綠色生活資訊平台規劃及網路行銷推廣 (第二年) 專案計畫

中文摘要 我國環保標章制度推動己邁向第 16 年,在機關綠色採購比例已有顯著成效,惟民間及企業共識仍有不足。為推廣全民綠色生活及綠色消費觀念,環保署於 96 年建立綠色生活資訊網,整合原三大資訊站,以提昇資訊與系統的一致性。本計畫延續 96 年系統規劃,著重維護既有綠色生活資訊網及新增相關功能,並透過網路行銷綠色生活及綠色消費觀念。 本計畫完成重點工作包括: 1.透過網路行銷綠色生活與強化使用者專區功能,讓網站參訪量突破 200 萬點擊次。 2.最新消息與記事訊息結合環保局推動綠色消費活動,讓民眾能即時掌握環保標章的政策資訊。 3.標章線上申請與產品資訊結合上游製造端的標章產品與中游銷售端的綠色商店,利於消費者線上查詢。 4.舉辦 5 場行銷說明會,擴大對上、中游業者綠色行銷觀念的教育與宣導。 5.積極舉辦 20 場機關綠色採購說明會,加速機關申報作業。 6.結合綠色商店舉辦綠色生活 Logo 票選,向民眾宣導綠色生活概念。 本計畫已完成整合讓製造廠商、綠色商店與政府機關均可登錄系統建置「標章產品與綠色消費資料」 ,而最新消息、產品查詢、環保記事與綠色商店分類查詢,讓民眾能夠掌握環保標章與綠色消費的即時資訊。

Citizens' Green Life Information Platform Planning and Internet Sale Promotion

英文摘要 The ecolabel verification and promotion mechanism has been proceeded for 16 years, all the governmental agencies proactively participate in the green procurement. However, public and enterprises still do not participate fully in the green procurement. To promote the awareness of green life and green consumption, EPA established Greenliving Information Platform in 2007 and integrated other three web pages with it to make all the information concerning ecolabel and green procurement consistent. This project continued to maintain Greenliving Information Platform and added some new functions into it. Green life and green consumption concept is introduced through this web page to the public. The carried out tasks were: 1. Through online selling of green life and reinforcing the functions in the “for user” web page, more than 2 millions people clicked on this web page. 2. Most updated news and message joined with EPB to promote green consumption, so that public could promptly know the ecolabel policy. 3. Consumers could make online inquiry on information of upper stream ecolabelled product manufacturers, middle stream product selling green store, green product information and ecolabel online application. 4. Held 5 green product selling sessions to expand the scope of green selling concept propagation toward upper and middle stream enterprises. 5. Proactively held 20 governmental agencies’ green procurement public hearing sessions to expedite the participation in online reporting. 6. Green stores joined with Greenliving Information Platform to hold Green Life Logo vote to introduce green life concept to the public. This project completed system integration and manufacturers, green stores, and governmental agencies all can input ecolabel products and green consumption information through web page. Various functions like most recent news, product information and green store inquiry, environmental achievement history, inquiry helped the public know better of ecolabel and green consumption.
