環境影響評估審議規範之檢討修正與環境影響評估績效指標之研擬
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫依照合約工作內容執行，計畫執行成果包括：(1)完成現行6項開發行為之環境影響評估審議規範與其他審議規範之分析比較。(2)邀集環評委員、專家學者、相關機關以及團體代表等合計50人次；完成北部、中部、南部及東部各1場次之座談會，徵詢相關意見及納入研擬作業。(3)研擬完成6項開發行為之環境影響評估審議規範草案，同時將草案以條文對照方式撰寫。(4)蒐集完成國內外永續發展及其他相關指標之評定方法。(5)邀集環評委員、專家學者、開發單位、相關機關及團體進行環境影響評估績效指標之研討，徵詢建立方法之相關意見。(6)完成環保主管機關、目的事業主管機關，以及開發單位之環境影響評估績效指標評定方法。(7)提出環境影響評估績效指標之案例分析。 | ||

Review of Directions for Examination of Environmental Impact Assessment and Draft of Environmental Impact Performance Indicators
| 英文摘要 | The implementation of this project achieves the following: (1)Comparison analysis between the current Directions for Examination of the Environmental Impact Assessment of six kinds of development projects and other assessment directions were made. (2)A total of fifty people including Environmental Impact Assessment Committee members, experts, scholars, representatives and delegates from the related institutions and groups were invited to share their experiences and opinions; three seminars taking place in the northern, central and southern Taiwan respectively were convened to collect opinions from the related parties and have these opinions and discussions included into the draft of the regulation. (3)The draft for Directions for Examination of the Environmental Impact Assessment of six kinds of development projects was created and the articles are written in a comparative manner. (4)From the domestic and foreign resources, collect information about sustainable development and assessment methods for other related performance indicators. (5)Environmental Impact Assessment Committee members, experts, scholars, representatives and delegates from the related institutions and groups were invited to discuss about the Performance Indicators about Environmental Impact Assessment and provide advices on the establishment methods. (6)The examination methods of Performance Indicators of Environmental Impact Assessment for chief environmental protection authorities, chief objective business institutions and developers were established. (7)Cases related to Performance Indicators of Environmental Impact Assessment were studied and compared. | ||
