97年區域性地下水井維護及資料更新計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要目標係為延續民國93~96年之地下水監測井評估維護之工作,持續維護區域性地下水監測井,以維持監測井最佳狀態;另一方面同時驗證監測井基本資料以健全區域性地下水監測井網工作。本計畫依據民國96年8月至97年1月北中南三區監測井巡查維護紀錄,依「井深異常」、「回水緩慢」、「明顯混濁物」、「抽出水色異常」、「滯留水臭味」等5項原則篩選出40口監測井進行井況評估。茲將各項工作成果說明如下: 一、定期維護區域性地下水監測井,維持監測井況正常 1.完成40口監測井之井下攝影與微水試驗等井況評估工作。因40口監測井中雲林縣育英國小因井下攝影發現監測井井內無水,另擇新竹縣二重國小替代。 2.完成32口再次完井工作,並施作微水試驗及井下攝影。包括井況評估結果建議先行完井者共計22口,另有2口監測井(苗栗縣照南國小及屏東縣餉潭國小)原有異物阻塞,已清除完畢並依土基會指示納入完井名單及配合環保署辦理之嘉義縣溪口國小與台東縣社區和平中心,以及前案計畫尚未完成之6口監測井。 3.完成3口監測井透水性分析,因地質紀錄與透水性分析不吻合之台北市玉成國小、台北市士林國小及台北縣德音國小。 4.完成30口監測井地下水採樣及水質檢測分析。另以Stiff及Piper圖解法分析水質趨勢。 二、建立區域性地下水監測井基本資料庫,完成基本資料驗證更新,分析環境變化 1.完成90口監測井高程驗證,原監測井資料卡之高程,與本計畫引用一等水準點所進行測量之高程差距於-6.583公尺至35.994公尺間,而誤差超過10公尺共計有8口。 2.完成41口井篩驗證工作,本計畫以井下攝影進行井篩驗證工作,共計有台北市玉成國小等20口監測井井篩長度與資料卡資料差異資料較大外,其餘監測井井篩長度與資料卡上大致符合。 3.完成41口監測井之環境資料變化。本計畫依據歷年水位及基本資料卡紀錄之井篩位置分析前述41口監測井之環境資料變化,共計有22口歷年水位皆位於井篩區間內,共計有18口歷年水位超過井篩上緣或低於下緣段,共計有1口雲林縣育英國小因井篩區間過短故於枯水期井內呈現無水情形。 4.建置區域性地下水監測井基本資料庫,本計畫所設計建構之資料庫具有複合查詢、系統維護及統計分析等功能,並提供e化操作簡易介面作業,增加系統操作方便性及友善度。 三、強化地下水監測井體設施,更新地表設備環境 1.完成更新90口告示牌。 2.完成苗栗縣照南國小等5口監測井異物排除作業。 3.完成台南縣官南國小等2口平台式監測井改為隱藏式。 4.完成新竹市虎林國小等6口防水井頂蓋施工 5.完成新竹市朝山國小及台東縣福原國小2口新設監測井及台東縣福原國小等5口廢井作業。

Project of Maintenance and Information Correction of the Regional Groundwater Monitoring Wells

英文摘要 The objective of this project was to maintain the function of the Regional Groundwater Monitoring Wells (RGMWs) continuously and to keep the best condition of the RGMWs, which based on the experience of the previous projects of 2004 to 2007. On the other hand, the basic well information was corrected in order to establish the integrity of the network of the RGMWs. According to the maintenance records of the wells inspected from 8/2007 to 1/2008, the 40 wells were screened to proceed the evaluation of well condition in this project through the five criteria of the “unusual well depth”, “groundwater recovery slowly”, “obvious turbidity in well”, “unusual color of groundwater”, and “the odor of retention groundwater”. The project results of the major tasks were described as below: 1. Providing periodical cleaning to the RGMWs (1)The 40 wells conditions were evaluated by down-hole video inspection and slug test. Among that, the well located in Yu-Yin Elementary School, Yun-Lin County, was replaced by the well of Er-Chong Elementary School, Hsin-Chu County due to the shortage of water in well while the down-hole video inspected. (2)The 32 wells redeveloped were completed and executed the slug test and down-hole video inspection. Among 32 wells included that the results of well conditions evaluated suggested that 22 wells should be redeveloped preferentially, and 2 wells (Zhao-Nan Elementary School, Miao-Li County, and Xiang-Tan Elementary School, Ping-Tung County) which were blocked by uncertain objects and therefore cleared according to the directive of the EPA, and 6 wells from the previous projects. (3)The hydraulic conductivity analysis of the 3 wells was completed. Due to the records of geography and the analysis of hydraulic conductivity were different. (4)The groundwater sampling and water quality measurement of the 30 wells were completed. Meanwhile, the trend of the water quality had been analyzed by using the Stiff and Piper diagrams. 2. Verification and correction of the basic well information (1)The altitude of 90 wells was examined. Generally, the altitude recorded in the basic well information showed significant difference (-6.583m ~ +30.994m) and all were corrected. (2)The screen depth and length of the selected 41 wells was examined by the down-hole video inspection. Among that, 20 wells were error in screen depth and length. (3)The variations of environmental data of the 41 wells were analyzed. Among that, the water level of the 22 wells was located between the up and bottom of the screen depth in the history. Other 18 wells were above the screen up or below the screen bottom. A well located in Yu-Yin Elementary School, Yun-Lin County, appeared the shortage water in the low water period due to the short interval of the well screen. (4)The data base of the RGMWs information was established. The system involved the functions of the multiple search, systematical maintenance and statistical analysis et al., so that the system operation shown more convenience and friendly. 3. Renew the equipments of the well (1)To renew the 90 wells of the bulletin boards. (2)To remove the uncertain objects completely from 5 wells located in Zhao-Nan Elementary School, Miao-Li County and so on. (3)To built 2 wells structures completely from the flat formation to the unapparent one. (4)To construct 6 wells water-repellent cover. (5)To set up 2 new wells of the RGMWs and to abolish 2 wells.
