The project assisted to promote septic tank filth periodic cleaning work, completed the amendment of “guidelines for promoting septic tank filth periodic cleaning,” collected and combined each county/ city’s rate of progress of promotion as well as implementation achievements, and completed the development of name list of buildings that the septic tank filth should be cleaned periodically and the report and management information system.
The project completed sewage treatment facilities attached to buildings exclusive management staff certification system promotion condition evaluation and planned the follow-up management operations; combined the property management training unit, included the relevant courses of sewage treatment facilities attached to buildings management, operation, and maintenance into the first training course of “apartment building service staff training seminar,” aimed at sewage treatment facilities attached to buildings management staff and operator/ management staff, and completed opening a trial training class for sewage treatment facilities attached to buildings management or operation/ maintenance respectively.
According to the features of public sewerage system and community exclusive sewerage system, the project completed drawing up the public sewerage system inspection operations guidelines (draft) and the community exclusive sewerage system inspection operations guidelines (draft) to provide as reference for inspection operations execution; moreover, based on the water pollution prevention measures, approval and periodic inspection report data, and on-site inspection data, the project developed the analysis system of completeness, legitimacy, and reasonableness of water pollution prevention measures; aimed at first seven major counties/ cities on the list of the greatest number of communities ranked under control, completed the community exclusive sewerage system operation on-the-spot investigation and verification at sixty places, and did the effluent quality sampling test.
The project completed the domestic sewage pollution prevention work overall review, assisted to collect and combine domestic and overseas control strategies and pollution analyses, analyzed the problems we face presently, and proposed the suggested short-term, mid-term, and long-term solutions and implementation measures of reducing domestic sewage; meanwhile, held two advisory opinion-requesting meetings, deliberated the comments of experts and scholars, and finished the amendment.
The project continued assisting to execute the domestic sewage treatment and improvement project in 2009, helped to convene four work review meetings, and collected and combined the implementation achievements periodically; completed the design drafts of “the community exclusive sewerage system operational management manual” and “the publicity and guidance leaflet of reducing domestic sewage, and septic tank filth periodical cleaning,” finished “the community sewage treatment facility entrusted operational service standard contract specifications” amendment, and the publicity and guidance webpage design of domestic sewage reclamation and reuse; furthermore, assisted to complete 251 pieces of file establishment work of pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities attached to buildings assessment and registration new application cases and checking forms, and helped to renew and maintain the pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities attached to buildings assessment, registration, and checking management information system.
