The project is consist of "the national clean-up manpower scale and working status", "investigation of the trash collection, conveyance way and the clean-up expenses countrywide", "face to the movement of trash handled-privately, reviewing and planning the manpower and the cleaning work", " correlated laws or regulations in searching and reviewing of clean person" and " information exchange homepage about regulations of general waste recycling, elimination, treatment and the clean personnel in various counties or cities" etc.
In the content of "the national clean-up manpower scale and working status", except for investigating clean-up manpower and working status in different townships, using data envelopment analysis(DEA) to compare economic efficiency of trash conveyance in national various areas, also provide the return type as a reference tool for relevant decision-making in the future. We also study on the analysis of statistical data and the evaluation of sexual influence regarding cleaners agenda and working participation rate.
In "investigation of the trash collection, conveyance way and the clean-up expenses countrywide ", we search the information of trash classification, storing, discharge, collection, conveyance way and handled-privately situation of US, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and so on the advanced countries, and it could be a reference for driving related policy in the future. Besides, we also search the ways of general waste classification, storing and discharge and regulations to analyze and compare in each execution unit countrywide, moreover, to review the cost proportion of general waste elimination and treatment, and comment collection charges to reflect the cost. Also analyze the feasibility of the management of specialized technician in the hygiene landfill, in the meantime, we suggest the feasibility of inducing specialist license system and practical ways in future.
In addition, for the part of "correlated laws or regulations in searching and reviewing of clean person" and "information exchange homepage about regulations of general waste recycling, elimination, treatment and the clean personnel in various counties or cities". Through the study of the laws and regulations, we propose the suggestion to be a reference for government to draw up the future policy. Meanwhile, the information exchange homepage will fastly enable various counties or cities government to refer to the laws or regulations one another, and this work will make each related laws and regulations more exact and perfect.
