應用催化劑提昇生質物氣化焦油產物轉化效率之技術開發
中文摘要 | 本計畫利用氧化鈣、黏土礦物及沸石等不同礦物型催化劑,探討改變不同催化劑配比及載氣條件,對木屑及紙廠排渣衍生燃料等生質物氣化反應產生焦油產物轉化效率之影響。研究結果顯示,氣化溫度由600℃增加至900℃時,木屑氣化之焦油產量由62 g/kg降低至30 g/kg,降低幅度約達52%,可見增加氣化溫度有助於氣化過程之焦油減量效果。添加礦物型催化劑對木屑及衍生燃料氣化焦油產量影響結果顯示,CaO 及沸石對木屑及衍生燃料之焦油產量影響結果可知,以氣化溫度800℃為例,添加CaO 及沸石催化劑對試驗生質物之焦油產量降低幅度已達50%以上。此外,藉由改變載氣(50% CO2)及添加CaO 催化劑共同降低木屑氣化焦油產量之結果顯示,當氣化反應溫度為900℃時,焦油減量幅度達58%。整體而言,當添加礦物型催化劑或改變載氣條件後,不僅能有效降低生質物氣化過程之焦油產量,同時提昇氣化產能之效率。 | ||

Innovative technology for enhancing of tar conversion efficiency in biomass gasification by catalyst
英文摘要 | This study investigates biomass (sawdust and paper rejected derived fuel) gasification to produce tar and its conversion efficiency by a catalytic process. The catalytic processes were conducted at various mineral catalysts addition, carrier gas adjustment (air and CO2), and gasification temperature operated between 600℃ and 900℃. The mineral catalysts were used in this study including calcium oxide (CaO), clay containing Silica, and zeolite. The experimental results indicated that the amounts of tar produced from sawdust gasification decreased from 62 g/kg to 30 g/kg with increasing gasification temperature from 600℃ to 900℃. The tar reduction efficiency was approximately 52%. It can conclude that the increasing temperature will promote tar reduction in biomass gasification. The catalysts effects on the tar reduction in tested biomass gasification also showed that CaO and zeolite could reduce the amounts of tar production was above 50% in biomass gasification operated at 800℃. Furthermore, in case of 50% CO2 carrier gas adjustment and 10% CaO addition, the tar reduction efficiency was reached at 58% as gasification temperature operated at 900℃. These results confirm that tar production reduced effectively and energy utilization enhancing from syngas by a catalytic gasification and carrier gas adjustment. | ||
