Putting environment education into practice can make people realize the interdependence between individual and the environment, improve the ethics and responsibility of the whole people environment, maintain environment ecology balance, facilitate social justice, and cultivate environment citizen and environment community to achieve the goal of everlasting development.
Whereas this, the environment education act has been activated at June 5th 2010, and plan to officially put it into practice at June 5th 2011. This act still needs central official authority to supply with enforcement rules. Thus, the 25th article of this act authorizes EPA to set up the enforcement rules. Moreover, staff, agencies, facilities, and the place of environment education are the main medium of this act. Thus, relative authorization and management rules stand for the core status of this act. Thus, the third paragraph of the tenth article, the fourth paragraph of the tenth article, and the third paragraph of the fourteenth article authorized EPA to set up relative regulations.
The present program has accomplished the enforcement rules of environment education, the authorization and management regulation of environment education, the authorization and management regulation of environment education staff, and the authorization and management regulation of environment education facilities and places. We hope to improve the construction of relative acts by the result of the present program.
