推動建築物污水處理設施之物業管理及規格化審定管理計畫

| 英文摘要 | Establish the pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities standard and authorization of management system, including (1) Revise the application for the registration of the pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities. (2) Help to promote 4 sets of the most popular pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities standard. (3)Draft the pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities notary system or the authorization to check the relevant contents in the factory. (4) Revise the “Effluent Standards” and the“Pre-fabricated Sewage Treatment Facilities Management Act”. Complete the planning of the sewage treatment facilities management system and adopt it under the building estate management, establish a standard to certify building estate management personnel, and compile a training handbook for the usage of short, medium, and long-term promotion. Help to promote the Community Investigation Plan and complete the investigation of a total of 156 community sewage treatment facilities. The investigation result shows that most communities have hired professional companies to manage their facilities, and have exceeded an operating rate of 90% at this time. Help to establish a complete strategic plan to promote the Clean Building Sewage Treatment Facilities Plan, provide suggestions to propose and implement the pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities checking system, and eventually promote the system to all counties and cities by following Taipei’s procedure. Complete the preparation of promoting the usage of school, water source district, sewage disposal, and sewage treatment plant, and simultaneously maintaining, upgrading, and managing information system of the pre-fabricated sewage treatment facilities. | ||
