96年度輔導全國執行機關加強辦理資源回收專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要為協助環保署於96年度中輔導全國執行機關辦理資源回收工作、資源回收績效考核作業，以及「97年度補助直轄市、縣(市)環保局辦理垃圾減量、資源回收工作補助事宜」、「資源回收形象改造計畫及輔導作業」等，以期達成資源回收工作永續經營目標。 「96年度全國執行機關加強辦理資源回收工作輔導暨考核計畫」，獲獎單位分別為：第一組優等獎為台北市、台中市、台南市，甲等獎為新竹市、高雄市，第二組優等獎為台北縣、桃園縣、高雄縣，甲等獎為台中縣、台南縣，第三組特優獎等為宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、澎湖縣，甲等獎為新竹縣、苗栗縣、南投縣。最佳進步獎部份由於第一、二組未有符合授獎資格之縣市故從缺，而第三組由台東縣獲得。 本計畫亦延續資源回收形象改造精神及目標協助辦理相關輔導及資料收集彙整作業， 96年度形象改造計畫為重點輔導執行，故各縣市環保局針對此一工作項目皆有具體成果展現，回收商部分：環保局輔導回收商進行外牆彩繪美化、廠區內外動線調整以融入當地景觀。個體業者部分：環保局提供個體業者安全性機具設備，包括反光背心、安全帽、手推車、三輪車等，以提昇個體業者進行撿拾作業的安全性。社區部分：由社區大樓管委會或民眾自發性進行社區形象改造，包括社區資源回收物貯存區之彩繪及改善等。 | ||

Project for Assisting the Executive Agencies of this Country in Reinforcing Resource Recycling in 2007
| 英文摘要 | This project was mainly to assist the EPA in implementing “Project for Assisting the Nation’s Executive Agencies in Reinforcing Resource Recycling, 2007” and “Plan for Subsidizing the Special Municipality and Environmental Protection Bureaus Handling with Garbage Reduction and Resource Recycling, 2008” and “Plan for Improving the Image of Resource Recycling and Counseling Assignment”. This project hopes to reach the goal of sustainable operation of resource recycling. In 2007, there were seventeen winners of performance evaluation of resource recycling work. Ranked A in the first group were Taipei City, Taizhong City, and Tainan City; Ranked B were Hsinchu City, and Kaohsiung City. Ranked A in the second group were Taipei County, Taoyuan County, and Kaohsiung County; Ranked B were Taichung county and Tainan county. Ranked A in the third group were Yilan County, Hualien County, and Penghu County; Ranked B were Hsinchu County, Miaoli County, and Nantou County. The best progress prize in first and second group had no qualified county and city. Therefore the award was vacant. Taitung County obtained the best progress prize in the third group. This plan was also a continuation of the image of resource recycling spirit transformation, the goal of assistance in transacting related counseling, and the work of information collection. The assisting execution in 2007 focused on the plan of image transforming; therefore, the local Environmental Protection Bureaus showed a great performance in this respect. In the area of recycling businesses, Environmental Protection Bureaus assisted the recycling manufacturers on beautifying the outer walls, adjusting the factory outers and inner routes to integrate the local landscape. In the area of individual recycling manufacturers, the safety equipment that Environmental Protection Bureaus provides to individual manufacturer included reflective vests, helmets, carts, tricycles and so on. The purpose of these equipment is promoting the safety of collecting operation. In the area of the community, improving the community image spontaneously by the management committee of the building or the public which includes the beautification and improvement of community resource recycling storage. | ||
