98年度「清淨家園全民運動顧厝邊部落格綠色生活(EcoLife)網建置計畫」
| 中文摘要 | 為有效整合民間志義工等社會資源，發動全民運動，藉由「跨部會合作整頓環境」 、 「宣導誘發民間社會力量」及「加強稽查取締，提高檢舉獎勵金」三合一方式，推動清淨家園全民運動計畫，開發建置「清淨家園顧厝邊綠色生活網」 ，藉此作為推動本計畫之重要利器，亦為與認養單位照顧特定區域中住戶及民眾互動與活動紀錄之平台。 本計畫完成複式動員機制規劃及相關系統開發，使用者可於本系統中建構組織架構及層級關係，透過複式交流平台，使用者可動員複式網絡下的組織團體及個人來進行 5S(整理、整頓、清掃、清潔、紀律)運動。在通報、巡檢及清理系統部分，完成以地理資訊系統(google map)為基礎之通報、巡檢及清理系統功能，透過空間分配機制，即時將通報巡檢案件自動分配給認養清理者及地方環保單位；另外認養及責任清理巡檢者亦可透過 google map 進行清理及巡檢範圍路線繪製，並可設定巡檢箱及清理箱。本計畫完成以空間為概念及以組織為概念之成果積點制度規劃。系統自動即時彙整並統計計算部落格的地區及其組織戰鬥力之積點，其成果亦顯示於該部落格內。本計畫也完成 8 場次網頁平台使用說明種子培訓會，並於網路媒體及平面媒體上刊登廣告宣傳，以增進使用及閱覽人數。 | ||

Take care of neighbors blog (cleaning the environment and members movement Eco Life network) construction plan
| 英文摘要 | To effectively integrate voluntary workers’ forces with 3-in-1 methods of “corporation between governmental agencies”, “induced societal force”, and “higher monetary reward of offense report”; we established the” Clean Home, Clean Neighborhood, and Green Life Webpage”. The establishment of this webpage successfully promoted total participation in home clean action. This webpage also became an information platform for documenting the interaction between residents living in specific community or people living elsewhere and contribute their effort on keeping community clean. Through this project, we completed the planning of composite manpower administration and relevant system development. Users can freely construct organization frame and hierarchy as they please. Users can send messages to the group, organization or individual who are under their hierarchy to start the 5S (Tidiness, Orderliness, Cleanliness, Standardized Clean-up, and Discipline) action. To establish the report ing, ground checking, and cleaning system, the Google Maps were used. Through space parti tion, ground checking cases were distributed to corresponding organization, group, or local EPB. The Google Maps also helped corresponding organization, group, or local EPB drawing the ground checking map and planned the cleaning route. Once cleaning route and the ground checking map were made, patrol logs and cleaning boxes were set. A performance evaluating system was also established. “Space” is the concept to design this system. Organization, group, or individual are the roles to carry out the cleaning task. Their performances were evaluated and reported as “points”. More points earned by organization, group, or individual living in a specific area means cleaner the area achieved. Results were reported in the users’ blogs. In addition, 8 training sessions of how to use this web page as information exchange platform were held and advertisements were posted on the Internet and the print media. These advertisements made this web page became well known to the public and attracted more people to visit. | ||
