推動建置整合性環保複式動員系統規劃督導計畫-臺中縣
| 中文摘要 | 本報告為「推動建置整合性環保複式動員系統規劃督導計畫」之台中縣執行作業期末進度報告，其作業主要分為兩部份，包括清淨家園顧厝邊綠色生活網路系統(ecolife)資料的建置以及清淨家園各項作業之實際執行，透過網路系統整合村里及民間團體清淨家園之各項作業，以強化維護環境整潔之推動能量及成效。 本計畫在作業執行初期，即積極推動各階層參與本計畫各項作業之執行，並於網路系統中建置部落格，且納入本計畫之組織樹成員中，計畫執行期間，屬於本計畫組織樹之部落格數台中縣共達10037個。 為了保證本計畫能達到良好的工作品質，本計畫在簽約之後，即與環保署展開期初工作範疇會議，並同時提出本計畫的標準作業手冊經審查同意後開始執行。 本計畫亦積極推動辦理整潔美化助理員及種子教師之培訓，以作為宣導說明會辦理之基礎，台中縣培訓完成之整潔美化助理員共64位、種子教師達143人，並完成辦理台中縣節能減碳宣導說明會共303場，參加人數達3068人。協助培訓環保志義工達2182人。 各縣市之美化助理員為推動本計畫的核心工作，有關美化助理員之考核極為重要，依規定已完成了六次考核。 為使環保署瞭解本會的執行狀況，本計畫定期提供最新的工作狀況，包括每週一準時提供一份週報表到署內，以及每月提供一份月報表。對於署內交辦之事項本會亦積極配合，例如配合署內推動淨灘工作。 我們同時協助環保署進行各公益社團的工作彙整，各公益社團依時繳交月報表，由本會負責統計的工作，已完成三月份至九月份各公益社團統計資料，以供環保署瞭解本計畫的全部工作狀態。 另外，依計畫之作業規定，由本基金會進行25個縣市子計畫工作成果之彙整與分析。 | ||

Promote and build integrated environmental protection multiple mobilization planning supervising project– Taichung County
| 英文摘要 | This report is the final report of the“Promote and build integrated environmental protection multiple mobilization planning supervising project”in Taichung County. The work of this project can be divided into two parts, including to build data of Ecolife Green Blog and to execute the relative work of cleaning home. Through the network system to integrate residents of Taichung County and civic groups to clean their homes, in order to enhance the promote energy and effectiveness of the preservation of environment. The major results of this project included: participated in the related environmental e-network systems and environmental patrol inspection Seminar held by the Environmental Protection Administration, encouraged residents of Taichung County to establish blogs in Ecolife, the number of blogs have reached 10037, established the standard operating procedure for relevant staff, trained 143 people to be as teachers of the propaganda meeting, submitted the weekly work reports as well as the monthly reports to the Environmental Protection Administration, evaluated the performances of the protection assistants and reported to the Environmental Protection Administration, trained the related environmental volunteers a total of 2182, held training sessions for Taichung County's environmental cleaning and protection assistants with a total participants of 64, held 303 propaganda meetings on energy saving and carbon dioxide emission reduction with a total participants of 3086, drafted the standard operating procedure for environmental cleaning and protection assistants, completed tasks assigned by the Environmental Protection Administration such as providing assistance in beach cleaning activities. In addition, we assisted the Environmental Protection Administration to aggregate the work of all the other non-profit organizations by collecting their monthly progress report and did the statistical work. We have completed all statistic report as requested from March to September, it could provide the progress of the whole project to the Environmental Protection Administration. Due to the requirements of this project, we aggregated and analyzed the work results of sub-projects of 25 counties and cities. | ||
