This program was for integrating property management, promoting community recycling and reforming images. We analyzed the optimized scope, operating types and established the integrated platform with collecting property models, matching staff models, and guiding methods. Besides, this program has planned workflow and demonstrative principles. We have completed 472 communities. (238 in Taipei city, 123 in Taipei county, 82 in Taichung city, and 29 in Tainan city). As for matching scavengers, we have accomplished the guidance and assistance for 100 people (70 in Taipei city, 23 in Taipei county, 3 in Taichung city, 3 in Tainan city). The establishment of platform included the basic query functions, records and workflow schemes. We also added valued-system functions of recycling amount records, and recycling point collections. About sanitary training of matching communities and scavengers, there have been 6 program activities and 84 people have received guidance. In regard to illustration meetings for area integration, we have planned 123 meetings and completed 96 by the end of November. For large-scale advocating meetings, we have accomplished four meetings on April 30th, August 5th, August 26th and September 30th respectively plus one extra meeting in northern area on August 10th. We also have designed identification stickers, identification logos, certificates of community guidance awards, image vests for matching scavengers, community recycling bins for scavengers, and posters for community images, etc. In regard to revision of laws, we have suggested revision of Waste Disposal Law, Resource Recycling Law, and Condominium Management Ordinance, and addition of future Drafts (the Draft of Property Management and Service Industry and the Draft of Sanitary Service Industry) in order to provide flexible market operations and the complete mechanism.
