98年度本署列管案件追蹤資料庫更新與加值程式維護專案計畫
| 中文摘要 | 環保署管制考核及糾紛處理處（以下簡稱「管考處」）的權責包括管制考核全國環保事務以及處理公害糾紛，也包含各類委辦計畫，均屬於管考處的管考範圍，管考處時時需要一個符合需求且有彈性的資訊系統以追蹤各個案件之進度及辦理情形，以掌握最新執行狀況。在今年度的計畫專案中，於系統分析及規格開發中做了以下幾點重要修正及新增功能： (1) 強化查詢功能 (2) 提供會議資料報表列印功能 (3) 新增「業務委辦暨研究計畫預審作業」流程 (4) 增加最多兩層主管審核關卡的機制 (5) 公共工程類做了比較大幅度的使用者介面修改，及新增一子作業「關鍵工程」。 (6) 共通性修正 | ||

Updating of the database of tracking and control cases and maintenance of management
| 英文摘要 | Department of Supervision Evaluation and Dispute Resolution, Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) is established to audit and evaluate national environmental affairs and to handle the public nuisance petition cases. EPA is also in charge of tracking several type of projects engaged by EPA itself. EPA needs a flexible information system to track all manageable projects (or plans, cases)＇s status in order to understand the latest status. Here are some important corrections and enhancements which we do on the system analysis and specification development in the plan this year: (1) Enhance the query function. (2) Supply more convenient reporting function. (3) Add a new process to record and track those proposals which still be under examination. (4) There are two approval check points function (5) There are a lot of changes in user interface in this process type “Public works＂, and it adds a new sub-system “the key projects＂. (6) General enhancements and corrections. | ||
