97年度環保標章及第二類環境保護產品驗證作業專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 我國環保標章制度係於民國81年08月25日經行政院正式公告實施，迄今已推動16年餘，本年度迄12月中共計完成954件環保標章產品審查作業，其中審議通過854件，審議不通過100件。另完成35件第二類環保產品申請案，其中審議通過23件，審議不通過12件。依本年度計畫合約，本年度環保標章產品驗證總件數不超過580件，第二類環境保護產品驗證總件數不超過30件計算，環保標章部分目標達成率164％，第二類環保產品部分目標達成率117％。 依據本年度之執行經驗，目前業者申請環保標章時最常產生之問題包括1.清潔劑含有害物質、2. 資源回收類產品缺乏有系統之投料記錄與進貨證明、與3. 二類業者缺乏與其它同類型產品之比較資訊。針對以上問題，執行單位已進行規格標準檢討修正，並持續透過環保標章專線電話與環保標章資訊站提供相關說明與最新消息，以協助合格業者取得環保標章。 為進一步提升驗證作業品質，環保署已另行委託專業單位建置環保標章電子化申請審查系統，完成後應可提高驗證效率與流程透明度。 | ||

Certification of GreenMark and Type II Environmentally Preferrable Products of 2008
| 英文摘要 | Since the official promulgation of the Green Mark Eco-labeling Program by the Executive Yuan on August 25、1992、the Green Mark Program has been implemented for over 16 years. As of mid-December 2008、954 applications for the uses of Green Mark have been reviewed by the Program、among them 854 applications have been approved (100 rejected). In addition、35 applications for the status of type 2 environmental protection products have also been processed、with 23 applications approved and the rest (12) rejected. Based on the 2008 Green Mark project contract、the projected numbers of certified Green Mark products and type 2 products to be achieved during 2008 are 580 and 30 respectively. Thus the project has achieved 164% of projected certified Green Mark products and 117% of projected certified type 2 products. Based on the 2008 Green Mark program implementation experience、Green Mark applicants』 most frequently encountered problems include: 1. detergents contain hazardous substances、2. products made from recycled resources lack systematic materials inputs and purchasing records、3. applicants for type 2 products lack comparative information with similar products. In order to address these issues、the Green Mark program implementation organization is currently conducting review and revising of existing product criteria、and continuing to improve the provision of relevant information and news through the Program hotline and Green Mark website、so as to assist manufacturers in acquiring the Green Mark for their qualified products. To further improve the quality of the product certification process、the Environmental Protection Administration has also commissioned a professional organization to establish electronic application and review system for the Green Mark Program、which is expected to improve the certification efficiency and process transparency once this system is completed. | ||
