「環保稽查處分管制系統功能提昇及推廣維護」專案﹝第1年﹞工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度的計畫執行重點為在系統功能的強化與推廣，以及完成與署內各業務系統的介接工作，達成縱向與橫向整合的目標。 在功能強化方面，新增了許多管理端與使用者端的功能，管理端功能包含了在各作業點未結案件的勾稽功能、公務報表的產製、特定廠商資料的查詢等，方便管理者透過系統的服務，了解到想要掌握的資訊，而使用者端方面新增的功能，則是包含了移污稽查、登革熱稽查的匯入、明細表類、強化案件查詢條件、友善度的提昇等，利於使用者快速的搜尋或鍵入案件。 今年度已與署內大多數系統介接，包含了監資處、水保處、空保處、毒管處、廢管處等業務系統，發揮資料共享的效益。 在系統推廣工作上，除了依照合約要求辦理教育訓練之外，本計畫也協助了有需要的單位，派遣講師進行教育訓練，總計參加人次高達 700 多人次，而推廣的成果也實際的反應到了資料建置上面，截至目前為止系統內的案件筆數已達 150 萬筆，與去年統計年報所公告的數字已相當接近。 相信在未來系統功能持續強化與友善度持續提昇之後，系統的整合效果將會更加的顯著。 | ||

The Function Upgrade and Maintenance of Environmental Enforcement Management System
| 英文摘要 | The main issues of the project for this year were to enhance functions of the Environmental Enforcement Management System and promote this system to the users, as well as to connect the system with other environmental management systems for system integration. In the aspect of function reinforcement, many functions designed for management and reporting were added. The additional management functions included auditing for uncompleted cases, report table production, and inquiry for specific enterprises. These functions enabled the management staff to better understand the information they need. Reporting functions newly added were mobile pollutant investigation, input of the Dengue Fever cases, detail reporting, reinforcement of searching power, and the enhancement of user-friendliness. These functions enabled users to do quick search or input the case enhancement. In this year, Environmental Enforcement Management System has been connected with most environmental management systems, including the systems from the Department of Environmental Monitoring and Information Management, the Department of Water Quality Protection, the Department of Air Quality Protection and Noise Control, the Department of Environmental Sanitation and Toxic Substance Management, and the Department of Waste Management. The connection of these systems elaborated data sharing between various systems. In aspect of system promotion, training sessions were held as stated in the contract. For other agencies with training need, trainers were sent to teach personnel how to use the system. A total about 700 people were trained through this project. The data input of the system reflected the excellent promotion effort. Up to date were around 15,000,000 data stored in the system, which is corresponding to the number shown in the last statistic annual report. After the continuation of reinforcement of the system functions and upgrade of user friendliness, the system integration effort will become more obvious to us. | ||
