97年度公民營廢棄物清除處理機構環評追蹤改善及許可管理專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要為辦理公民營機構之環評追蹤考察、現場查核輔 導以及處理效能評估等工作，本年度主要工作成果摘要說明如下： (一) 完成5 家環保署列管之通過環境影響評估之公民營廢棄物處 （ 清） 理機構之環評追蹤考核工作， 督促業者依據環評承諾 事項進行營運， 並輔導業者持續改善， 提升營運績效。 (二) 完成辦理62 家公民營廢棄物處（ 清） 理機構查核輔導工作， 有效督促公民營廢棄物處（ 清） 理機構確實依廢棄物清理法 及相關法令規定妥善處理事業廢棄物。 (三) 完成9 家營運中之公民營機構掩埋場相關水質採樣分析及檢 驗結果探討分析。 (四) 完成辦理7 場次與推動公民營廢棄物清除處理機構管理業務 相關之說明會、座談會及業務檢討會， 充分進行各界意見溝 通與交流。 (五) 針對電解、固化與熔煉三種廢棄物處理技術， 檢討其處理程 序之合理性及評析其處理成效， 並研訂處理後產生之產品性 質、規格、用途、銷售管道或途徑， 與建立其事業廢棄物與 相關清理設施資料。 | ||

Environmental Impact Assessment and Waste Treating Permit Management in Public and Private Waste Clearance and Disposal Organizations, 2008
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of this project was to conduct follow-up inspections of environmental impact assessments, to evaluate the treatment efficiency, and to provide inspections of the public and private w a s t e c l e a r a n c e a n d d i s p o s a l o r g a n i z a t i o n s . The services provided for this year were the followings: 1. Conducted follow-up environmental inspections for 5 public and private w a s t e c l e a r a n c e a n d d i s p o s a l o rg a n i z a t i o n s monitored by the EPA. Conducted inspection of 62 public and private w a s t e c l e a r a n c e a n d d i s p o s a l o r g a n i z a t i o n s . It was to make sure that the public and private w a s t e c l e a r a n c e a n d d i s p o s a l o rg a n i z a t i o n s follow the Waste Disposal Act and other laws related to waste disposal. 3. Conducted sampling and analysis of the water quality at the 9 public and private sanitary landfills, and reviewed the analysis results. 4. Held 7 seminars and meetings on public and private w a s t e c l e a r a n c e an d d i s p o s a l org a n i z a t i o n m a n a g emen t e n h a n c eme n t . 5. Treating methods of electrical deposition, solidification and smelting were chosen and the treatment logicality and efficiency were evaluated. This project also described the product specifications, usage and marketing, as well as established the information on waste treatment facilities. | ||
