There were four major tasks within the plan this year, which include “integration”, “maintenance”, “additional value”, “safety”. Four major objectives have also been set to complete the four tasks for the resources recycling management information system.
For system integration, this plan has integrated different functions and databases under “fare rate analysis” system. It provides single access for the system, data sharing between different databases, and set rules for system maintenance.
For system maintenance, this plan have maintained Resources Recycling Management Information System, Recycling Fund Management Board Administration and Promotion Management System, Resources Recycling Process Management System, EPB performance assessment system Response Vendor Management System.
To popularize Resources Recycling Management Information System, this plan has organized several sessions to different users for system operation, 1 session to environmental protection bureau, 4 sessions to recycling and waste managing vendors, 3 sessions to specific subsidized vendors, 1 session for restrain case management system, and 11 sessions to support recycling fund management board for application of audited qualification.
For, system securities, system require users to login with their citizen digital certificates; this plan has also done regular vulnerability scanning, daily data backup, monthly data backup on DVDs and system security rehearsal. Personnel for emergency response are standby on the 28th of November to handle any unpredictable accidental event. Move server to different places has also been discussed with EPA.
This plan has followed the four objectives to build and maintain the system, which decrease the time for decision making, and cost for paper usage and human resources. The utilization of information technology makes the resource recycling management services becomes “timeless”, “zero distance”, “hassle-free and one-time entry”, and “total e-revolutionized”.
