環保科技園區國內媒體宣導專案工作計畫

中文摘要 環保署為激勵國內環保產業技術研究創新,進行循環型永續生態城鄉建設,發展核心綠色科技與產業,故委託辦理「環保科技園區國內媒體宣導專案工作計畫」,本計畫主要為運用整合行銷包裝及國內媒體的全方位使用,進行深度、明確目的性、精準目標以及創新綠色溝通的方式,全力提昇「環保科技園區」的能見度、注目度及形象,以強化廠商進駐各園區投資設廠的興趣及意願。本案積極從政策及價值觀各方面大力宣導,規劃執行包含電視、報紙、雜誌、網路、機場、高鐵、台鐵等宣傳工作進行全方位溝通。運用電視節目論壇為主軸,鎖定並邀請目標企業主與環保署以直接溝通方式,透過跨媒體資源的有效分配與操作,讓環保科技園區的媒體宣導工作跨出成功的第一步。而在其他整合行銷包裝方面,包含環保科技園區簡介光碟錄製、專案視覺及海報設計輸出、環保宣導品規劃製作等,都讓整體宣導工作的進行事半功倍,增收加乘效果。透過媒體整合行銷及媒體形象宣導,不同以往地從一般大眾對相關綠能產業發展的認知與認同角度,傳遞環保科技園區的重要性觀念的建立與政策的推動,間接塑造環保科技園區理念及形象,本案執行期間97年8月至98年7月高雄、臺南、桃園、花蓮環保科技園區共吸引17家廠商進駐園區或正式營運,目前尚13有家廠商提出申請審查中,5家廠商洽詢進駐園區相關事項並準備提送申請書,本計畫已讓更多廠商進駐台灣環保科技園,與環保署共同抓住綠色創新,並打造綠色商機的台灣綠金產業。

Domestic Media Campaign for Environmental Science and Technology Parks

英文摘要 To encourage domestic eco-industry technological research and innovation, the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA) has instituted a sustainable eco-cycle development plan for urban and rural areas that uses core green technologies and products. The primary aims of this plan, named the Domestic Media Campaign for Environmental Science and Technology Parks, is to use integrated marketing and the full scope of the domestic media to create in-depth and objective goals in regards to innovative green communication designed to strengthen the image, reputation, and visibility of Environmental Science and Technology Parks—ultimately attracting more companies to invest in new operations within Taiwan's high tech parks. This proactive plan promoted through government policy, and environmental values and through the following communication mediums: television, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, airports, the Taiwan High Speed Rail, and the Taiwan Railways Administration. Televised forums were the main vehicle for promotion—the EPA and targeted companies were invited to directly communicate during these forums. By effectively sharing distribution and operational resources, the Domestic Media Campaign for Environmental Science and Technology Parks took its first step toward success. In other areas of integrated marketing, Science and Technology Park introductory DVD recordings, visual and billboard design output significantly boosted promotional efforts and increase overall effectiveness. Integrated marketing and image promotion via the media ensured that the general public's knowledge and support of green industry development would different from the past. Placing emphasis on the communication of Environmental Science and Technology Park policies indirectly shaped the public's ideas and images of these parks. Through this program, between August 2008 and July 2009, Environmental Science and Technology Parks in Kaohsiung, Tainan, Taoyuan, and Hualien attracted 17 firms to either move in or to set up new operations. Currently 13 other companies have already submitted applications and another 5 are considering applying. This campaign has already attracted more firms to set up operations in Environmental Science and Technology Parks. With the EPA's promotion of green innovation, lucrative business opportunities were created in Taiwan's Green Industry.
