水質淨化現地處理技術研究計畫

中文摘要 從環保署推動河川水質淨化現地處理技術歷程可知,對於應用河川水質淨化現地處理工程生態工程技術,係以水質淨化、削減污染為主軸,以現地取材、節省能源為考量,並結合環境生態體系,使水質自然淨化。因此,現地處理技術,不但改善河川水質效果與沿岸景觀,也提升環境生態保育和環境教育效益。 然而依據歷年台灣地區人工溼地建置場址案例型式可瞭解,人工溼地系統設計種類型式,除了單純以表面流式系統外,亦有複合式人工溼地系統應用型式存在,並且各單元處理聯絡型式規劃,如串聯、或並聯、或並串聯作法使用,再再地考驗著人工溼地。此外,水域環境內水生植物之物種選擇與維護管理機制程序等等,都會影響人工溼地可否持續永續經營,並達到預期淨化水質去污效能。 為此,本研究透過進行本土性水生植物物種對污水削減去污效能、研析人工溼地之最佳設計與操作條件、輔導場址案例建立維護操作管理機制程序,與提升國內現地處理技術作法,讓現階段現地處理技術上,建立具體性最佳規劃設計與維護操作條件,精進本土性水質淨化現地處理技術。

Study of Water Purification of On-site Treatment Technology

英文摘要 According to site patterns of constructed wetland in Taiwan recently, there are several compound patterns with serial or parallel system design as well as single free water surface system. These compound system designs have faced challenges from aquatic vegetation selection and maintenance mechanism to sustain their water treatment effectiveness. Therefore, in this research, an experiment has been conducted to comprehend vegetation water treatment effectiveness from five Taiwanese native aquatic plants. In addition, an advisory report for three selected sites has been presented to obtain the improvement from the operation and maintenance of each site. Finally, suggestions for further research activities have been given to cope with basic parameters and application techniques in next three years. Of research results are as follows: 1.By the wastewater treatment experiment of five native aquatic plants, most of BOD and NH3 removal by plants have become stable when hydraulic retention time reached 4 to 5 days and 2 to 3 days. 2.Among five test plants on the floating mat base experiment, cattail might be the best wastewater treatment plant for combining BOD and NH3 removal effect. 3.Through the verification of current operation treatment wetland sites, most of them were constructed by the serial layout concept, and the average of hydraulic loading was 0.16 m/day. The optimal operation condition in BOD loading was in the range of 30~40 mg/L, and on that status the average removal could be sustained on the level of 40% ~ 50%. 4.Through the valuation, monitoring and examination for three selected constructed wetland sites, advisories for self monitoring checklist, manual of operation and maintenance, and vegetation and sediment control mechanism have been presented to each management partner. 5.A workshop for exchanging experiences and techniques on constructed wetland maintenance has been held. 124 participants have shared their knowledge in the indoor discussion and field experienced visit. 6.About 50 pieces of technical report international information of on site water quality control, including treatment mechanism, scope of application, design criteria, and valuation methodology, have been collected in this report to enhance application reference for our domestic challenges. 7.In this report, suggestions for further research activities with total 30 million NT dollars have been given to cope with basic parameters and application techniques in next three years.
