「水污染防治許可換發審查計畫(北區)(第二年)」

中文摘要 本計畫為「北區水污染防治許可換發審查計畫」第二年度計畫，負責包括基隆市、台北市、台北縣、桃園縣、新竹縣、宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、連江縣等8個單位之水污染防治措施計畫或許可證（文件）之許可換發審查，除提供專線諮詢外並成立單一窗口協助業者加速完成換發。 本計畫共計受理1,279件許可換發書面審查案件及125件現場審查案件，完成換發家數為1365件，換發率達97.22％。 累計二年執行成果，共計受理之電話諮詢通數為2,317通、書面審查案件1,745件及現場審查案件346件，完成換發家數為2,020件，完成率達96.6％。

英文摘要 It’s the 2nd year project of permit renewal for Water Pollution Control Act for North District. 8 units of permits will be renewed includes Keelung, Taipei urbans and Taipei, Taoyang, Hsinchu, Yilan, Hualan and Matsu counties. There is not only phone line assistance but also uni-platform of consultation to approve the permit renewed work. We accepted 1,279 cases in paper and 125 cases on site. There were 1,365 permits renewed with the achievement of 97.22％. Over the 2 years period of project excuting, we totally accepted 2,317 phone line assistances, 1,745 cases in paper and 364 cases on site. There were 2,020 permits renewed with the achievement of 96.6％.
