I. Strengthening and Counselling Patrol Formation and Organization
The Taichung City Water Environment River patrol currently maintains a total of 32 teams. There are 702 patrolling officers. Among them, the Daan District Dingan Water Environmental Patrol Team (15) was established in October 104. There is one captain and one officer, and each team member maintains more than 15 employees. The members of the patrol team are mainly residents of the neighbouring community and jointly maintain the cleanliness and patrol work of the surrounding waters. The river patrols in the city are divided into mountainous areas (9 teams), seas (8 teams), and areas according to regional locations. (5 teams) and the municipal district (10 teams). The plan was to complete the symposiums for the patrols in the municipal district and the Tuen Mun on December 12, 104, on January 19 and February 25, 1995. The symposium on patrolling teams in the mountains and sea areas has been completed. A total of four symposiums have been completed and the relevant opinions of the patrol teams have been completed for the participation of the local authorities. Another visit is completed.
In order to maintain the normal operation of established river patrol volunteers or volunteers every month, this year's implementation focuses on the frequency of net brook activities for each team, net stream range, related demand, etc., as well as the planner's monthly pooling of rivers. The results of the patrols, and the updating and construction of the city's river patrol records and volunteer list database are shown in Attachment 14.
Second, counseling patrols pollution notification
The project assisted the counseling patrols to initiate notification cases and assisted in the reporting of the “Decontamination Care Network” of Eco-Life (Green Network). According to statistics of the decontamination network, the Patrols had been notified in 104 years. There were 112 cases (86 scumming points and 26 pollution cases). All of them were based on mobile phone notification during the patrol. The patrol team informed the case and investigated and punished. There were 26 cases of found tainted contamination and subsequent investigations. . In the 105th year (statistics ended on March 31st), 1 pollution cases and one dirty spot were reported.
Third, for the patrol team education and training
In total, this program will be used for 2 times of patrolling education and training. The basic training will be completed on December 5th to December 6th, 104th. Special training will be completed on January 23~January 24th of the 105th, including basic training. The number of participants was 21, and the number of special training participants was 60. Volunteer identities were 20 as a result of the pooling statistics. The relevant certificate of completion, river patrol card, volunteer handbook, etc. were all issued to the patrol team members. A total of 82 trainees were trained in the 2 education and training courses. The volunteers were also invited to teach the lifeline volunteers and teachers (which can enhance the patrolling patrols of the patrol team), as well as related patrol team promotion experts to provide basic and special education training. During this period, the players and the lecturer interacted well and successfully completed successfully. The team members responded well.
Fourth, the patrol team net stream activity
The project assisted in planning and organizing the 4 events of Jingxi. Apart from the activities of the net patrolling the Jingxi River, it also promoted the concept of ecological conservation and domestic sewage pollution reduction to the participating people and assisted in the use of the water quality inspection package. Or other water quality testing tools to carry out on-site simple water quality monitoring. The plan was completed in 104 years and completed 2 times in 105 years. It completed 2 times in 105 years. V. Handling the World Water Quality Monitoring Contest
The program has completed one world water quality monitoring competition and has participated in 70 participants. The participants are the river patrol team and Toyoda Elementary and Junior High School students in Fengyuan District. The plan was also on February 21, 105, to assist the South. In the Tuen Mun Dawn River patrol team combined with the school (Dawn National Middle School and Liming Elementary School), the teachers and students handled the Dawn Valley Net Stream and the World Water Quality Monitoring Contest. The water quality monitoring for the project was registered on the World Water Quality Monitoring Day (WWMD)-Taiwan website. From October 104 to March of this year, a total of 78 data were registered at 9 water quality monitoring sites.
Sixth, assisting with Eco Life and volunteer service information system maintenance operations
The plan this year will focus on the Eco-Life Green Net teaching and advocacy, education and training awareness programs, and processing time confirmations. During the implementation period, it will conduct interviews with the patrols during the implementation period, and will also guide the patrol team to set up a dedicated building. Set up and familiarize yourself with the operation of Eco-Life (Green Net) personnel, who can be used by other members of the team to inquire and teach operational procedures.
As of now, it has assisted the Patrols in publishing activities related to Eco-Life (green network) and building homework blogs. At present, 15 events and blogs have been released (such as education and training, and various patrols and net streams). , World Water Quality Monitoring Contests, District Symposiums, and Best-in-Class Patrols, etc.). In addition, the total number of patrols conducted by the patrols was approximately 4,222 hours. All volunteers were already on the volunteer service network.
VII. Assist the Patrols to check the dirty points
The project assisted the water environmental patrol to complete the notification of spurious riverside (face) scumming, and registered the green network's "Decontamination Conservation Network" to set up notification data, according to the statistics of the decontamination and childcare network system, the patrol team had 104 years. There have been 86 cases of reported scumming irregularities. The methods used for checking newspapers were mainly based on mobile phone checkups during the patrol. VIII. Conducting patrol team performance appraisal and commending incentive measures
According to the rules of the "Taisho City Water Environment River Guard Tournament Scoring Principles" rule, in 104 years, the team's annual operating results were scored according to the scoring principle of the Taichung City Water Environment River Tour Guards, and 5 teams were selected according to the rating scores. The first meritorious tour squad was patrolled by the Dawning Water Environment Team and was presented with awards at the year-end results review meeting (December 16th).
